Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges & returns are not accepted, AT ALL, as each item is MADE TO ORDER based on the buyers selection of size, style, color, and personalization.

If an order is received that is incorrect due to MY error, I will replace the item in question. Orders will be NOT be exchanged, fixed, or refunded due to an error that the customer makes when ordering. (colors, size, name spelling etc)

If you order a bodysuit /shirt, please inspect it immediately after receiving it. All items are heat pressed and created with great care. They are inspected for defects and errors PRIOR to shipping, however, I know I can still make errors.

If you notice an error with your order, please contact me WITHIN 5 days of your item arriving so the issue can be resolved. If the item is required to be shipped back in order for a refund to be issued, you will be sent a PREPAID label.

Your item must be received within 21 days after it is delivered, in NEW, unused condition, smoke and pet hair free, in order to be issued a refund.
